Jamell Cables offers competitive rates for all local, national, and international orders plus free shipping for all orders over $100 within Australia.

Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
We are happy to say that 99% of all orders placed before 2.30pm business days are shipped the same day.

We now have stock in multiple warehouses around Australia to help cut down on delivery times and some orders will be dispatched in multiple shipments depending on stock location or direct from the Australian Distributor.

Please Note: The cut off for StarTrack Road and Overnight Express orders is 2.00pm (WST). Any orders received after 2.00pm may ship the following business day.

Same Day Service

We can get orders out to you the same day if you are in the Perth Metro area for an additional charge. We use Capital Transport for all same day deliveries. Rates will be shown at checkout based on urgency and location. Please Call or Contact Us for more information or details. -->


Bulky or Road Freight Only Items

Throughout the website, some items are marked with a truck . These items are usually large / bulky / heavy items or items can that only be shipped via Road Freight.

Express Post or Overnight shipping if possible will attract an additional freight charges and will be shown at checkout.

Please feel free to Contact Us for more details and the Express Shipping options. Bulky Item shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.


Premium Air Satchels & Cartons

Satchels are available up to 5kg and cartons of 10kg, and 20kg. Overnight Satchels (up to 5kg) to the remote NT locations may incur a surcharge upto $30. Orders larger or heavier than 20kg will automatically be sent by Road Freight. Customers will be contacted in any instances where priority air satchels are not permitted or further payments or refunds are required.


International Shipping

Purchasing from overseas?

We are happy to ship to most countries. We use either DHL, Toll International or Australia Post for all International orders. Australia Post shipping rates will be calculated at checkout for any other international shipping methods, a Jamell Cables sales team member will contact you with the exact amount required for shipping your order once it has been packed and weighed.  We then ask that you use PayPal to transfer the required amount so that we may arrange shipment of your order.


International Taxes and Customs Charges

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and / or Customs charges.

All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charges. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to your order. Jamell Cables is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. 


Unclaimed Items

All shipments returned to Jamell Cables are considered “undeliverable”. Reasons for undeliverable shipments include incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts by Australia Post (i.e., the recipient is unavailable), or unclaimed shipments held by the courier agent.

When we receive undeliverable shipments, we will notify customers via email to arrange for reshipment. All re-shipments incur reshipment fees that are the same as Jamell Cables standard shipping fees. Reshipment fees will be applied regardless of the original shipment’s eligibility for free shipping. Additional courier charges for return shipping may also apply.


Return to Sender Fee and Reshipment Fees

  • Current Australia Post Return to Sender Fee is $10.00
  • Current Australia Post Delivery Fees can be obtained via by the Australia Post Postage Calculator
  • StarTrack Express Delivery Re-Delivery fee is $8.00

In the event where our attempts to contact you to obtain correct address details and/or to organise payment for reshipment have failed, we will process a refund for the original amount paid minus our initial shipping cost and the return to sender fee. The amount deducted will be in accordance with the current rates set out by the carrier that was used to ship your order.

A tax invoice will be supplied for any additional fees paid. In the case of a refund, an adjustment tax invoice will be supplied outlining the original transaction amount and the additional fees deducted from the refund provided.


What do I do with my item that doesn't arrive within these estimated times ?

First of all please make contact with your local Post Office and check they are not holding the parcel for you. If your local post office is unable to help, please Contact Us advising the items(s) have not arrived and we will contact Australia Post and will follow it up for you and will advise the outcome. In most cased we find the the item has been delayed in the mail system by a few days.
