Terms and Conditions for Xbox 360 Competition

• Competition is run by Jamell HDMI Cables. The term "Jamell Cables" or "us" or "we" refers to the owner of the website www.jamellcables.com.au of address PO Box 1530, Canning Vale WA 6970. Our ABN number is 78 713 428 578. The term "winner" refers to the competition winner of the Xbox 360 Arcade Pack.
  
  
• All references to dates/times are Perth Time (WST).
  
  
• Closing Date is the 11.59pm on the 31st May 2010 with the prize drawn on the 2nd June 2010.
  
  
• Entry is open to all residents of Australia. Employees and their immediate families of Jamell HDMI Cables are ineligible to enter the competition.
  
  
• The winner will be notified via the email address they have used when creating an account on www.jamellcables.com.au or by phone if a contact number was supplied at the time of purchase. The prize will be sent to the winner at the cost of Jamell Cables.
  
  
• Each purchase made via www.jamellcables.com.au will automatically give you one entry in the prize draw. The more you purchase the greater your chances. Payment must be received in full to be entered into the draw.
  
  
• The winner agrees to provide a photo holding or using the Xbox 360 within 7 days of receiving the prize. The winner also agrees to Jamell Cables using the photo and the winners name and suburb on the competition page of www.jamellcables.com.au
  
  
• Jamell Cables reserves the right to void the winning prize if not acknowledged within 30 days of original notification and we will re-draw the prize.
  
  
• Prize is not exchangable for cash.
  
  
• All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
